Alla Kuznetsova

Ms. Alla Kuznetsova is co-founder and managing partner of "3wayC". She is a certified executive coach and a recognized expert in the area of leadership development in Russia.

Now based in Moscow, she recently completed more than 14 years of living in New York.

Alla holds two master's degrees from Columbia University. The latest one was gained in 2004 in organizational psychology and leadership from Teachers College. In 2005, Ms. Kuznetsova completed professional coach training at Erickson College International and in 2006 she was certified as an Executive Coach by Lore International Institute.

Alla has over 10 years of managerial experience gained by working in the USA. In her previous position of administrative director at Columbia University Genome Center she led a professionally and ethnically diverse team to building a high-performance organization.

Ms. Kuznetsova possesses strong leadership skills, excellent coaching abilities, and unique expertise in instructional design of training programs for multinational ventures. She successfully coaches across industries and corporate cultures. Her clients include young ambitious Russian executives and weathered expatriates operating in Russia.

Alla is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF). She actively participates in international conferences dedicated to development of human potential in organizations.
