Svetlana Chumakova

Ms. Svetlana Chumakova is co-founder of "3wayC" and the only Master Certified Coach (with the International Coach Federation) in Russia.

Svetlana is also the president of the International Academy of Coaching which was established in 1998 in Moscow. Svetlana puts her heart and soul into promoting this profession in Russia. Since the Academy creation she has raised hundreds of Russian coaches in accord with ICF standards.

A graduate of Moscow Aviation Institute, Svetlana holds a Master's degree in engineering. As a coach she started her practice in 1998 after completion of a professional program at Erickson College International. Svetlana completed an executive course on leadership at Harvard Business School in 2005 and was certified as an Executive Coach by Lore International Institute in 2006.

Undeniably Ms. Chumakova is one of the most esteemed coaches working in Russia. She coaches high-ranking executives and top-teams. She is also an expert in the area of leadership development, and has a great deal of experience in designing and delivering leadership programs in corporations.

Ms. Chumakova is an active member of the international coaching community. She represents Russia at international coaching conferences and forums.
